BahaMed is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We serve solely as a facilitator between patients and licensed medical professionals. Any medical procedures undertaken are solely between the patient and the healthcare provider. We are not responsible for the outcome of medical treatments.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
  • Obtain necessary medical approvals before proceeding with treatment
  • Follow the instructions and guidelines of healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance with local and international travel regulations

Booking and Payments

Reservations

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations based on circumstances beyond our control, including provider availability, regulatory changes, or unforeseen travel restrictions.

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule
  • Service fees will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation
  • Refund policies depend on the type of service booked
  • Additional costs may apply for changes or extra services requested

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellations. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • 30+ days before service: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • 15-29 days before service: 50% refund
  • 0-14 days before service: No refund
  • Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies with proper documentation

Liability and Insurance

We strongly advise all users to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering medical procedures, travel disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. BahaMedis not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from the use of our services or treatments provided by third-party healthcare providers.

Privacy and Data Protection

We take privacy seriously. Your personal and medical information will only be shared with relevant healthcare providers and service partners as necessary. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
